Ways to Pay
We can take payment over the phone between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Failure to make payment on the day we process your order may result in a later delivery date than specified.

Debit / Credit Card Payments
You can pay online via our website at the time of ordering or over the phone. We accept the following cards:

Credit Cards
Please note we will only accept credit cards up to the limit of £3,000. The alternative is a bank transfer where we will need confirmation of payment before delivery.
Cheque Payments
Please make cheques payable to The Mina Group. Allow 5 working days for funds to clear before receiving delivery.
Bank Transfer
Quote your job reference number on bank remittance. Please contact our accounts team on: 0800 270 7020 for our bank account details.
BACS
Allow 3 working days for the funds to clear into the account before receiving delivery. Please contact our accounts team on: 0800 270 7020 for our bank account details.
PayPal
We accept PayPal payments however there is a 3% fee added to the basket total for making payments via PayPal. Please note that you will be taken off site to PayPal’s secure payments page to complete payment.
