Delivery
We use DPD as our trusted delivery partner to deliver our workwear products.
All our shipments are packaged well and should reach you in perfect condition.
Please be aware that our delivery and turnaround times are separate. Our turnaround time is usually between 5-7 working days (depending on the items ordered) and all of our orders are dispatched using a Next Working Day delivery service.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a text and email from DPD to your chosen telephone number and email address confirming the parcel has entered the DPD network.
On the day that your parcel is scheduled for delivery, you will receive a text or email from DPD before 11am containing your parcel’s one-hour delivery slot window.
Your proposed delivery date will be stated in the order confirmation. If you have ordered a customised item, including logo or text, please look out for an artwork approval email that you will have to approve before we begin production.
